Our first toy mystery KAL of the year is over, but the fun of knitting a cat with hearts is not.

Even though my first finished project of this year was a pillow for our dog (see picture bellow) I have decided to have a fun KAL in my Ravelry Group devoted to Cats.

Knitting Pattern for Calypso Cowl

My pattern for Calypso Cowl was published in February Issue of I Like Knitting Magazine.. The pattern is also available on their website.

The cowl is knit in the round, with one color each round and slipped stitch technique. The cowl uses Cascade 128 Superwash yarn.

New Year, New Toy Mystery KAL

Happy New Year everyone!

I hope that this New Year will bring more peace and compassion for all humanity and that love and kindness will prevail and continue to get stronger and more powerful in everyone's life.
